Mikayla Cup

SKU: 0007
$20.00Price

Due to the nature of the flowing glaze. Each cup cup varys slightly in size and design.  These mugs have been named after my oldest daughter because it her favorite glaze.  Blue, purple and pink glazes blend and flow over the warm brown base glaze.

approximately 4 inches tall

The drips down the side of the cup add depth and interest in contrast to the repetitive finger rings.  "Finger rings" are the ripple affects I add to the sides of many of my pieces. They are made during the forming process on the wheel. These rhythmic rings make a statement that human hands formed this piece and give it a sense of movement. These cups also includes a unique spiraled foot and signature

All pottery is handmade with porcelain clay on the potter's wheel.   Due to the forming and glazing technique I use, each piece is one of a kind and the photos above are basic representations of the style and colors you will receive.

Food safe, dishwasher safe and microwave safe.

I do my best to photograph and describe my artwork.  Please understand that your computer/phone may not accurately display every color as it would in real life.  If you for any reason are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me immediately.  It is important to me that you are as happy using my pottery as I am creating it.

  • CARE AND USE

All of my dinnerware is created using food safe, lead free glazes. It is meant to be loved and used daily. It may be put in the microwave and dishwasher. However, all ceramic pottery is fragile and will break or crack from shocks due to dropping, sudden impact, or thermal shock. Use care when placing in dishwasher so that pieces will remain secure and not knock around during use. Avoid sudden changes in temperature. With proper care, your dinnerware should last for many years. Due to the fragile nature of ceramics, Marsha's Clay Art has no warranty after safe delivery.
