It is very important to me that my buyers are happy with my work. If for some reason you are not happy, please email me upon receiving my work and I will do my best to make things right.
I am unable to ship internationally at this time.
I package my work very well, if an order arrives damaged, please contact me immediately and take a photo of the damaged piece with the packaging and send to me via email. In the event of a damaged or lost item, the buyer will receive a refund or replacement item AFTER they provide any and all documentation required by the insurance company.
Most orders are shipped via UPS or USPS priority mail.
I only ship out on Thursdays and Saturdays at this time. If you need an order rushed please contact me, we should be able to work something out.
If a package is returned to me due to an "insufficient address" or "non-deliverable as addressed" I will contact the buyer immediately. If a different address is requested, the buyer is responsible to pay for the cost of the second postage label.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Refunds and Exchanges are always available when returned within 10 days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Custom orders are not refundable.
